YOUR ROLE

As we continue our journey of growth, we are actively seeking motivated Business Development Representatives to join our dynamic team. We believe in the power of individuals who thrive on challenges, and we are proud to be recognized as a disruptive force in our industry.

YOUR IMPACT

  • You will engage in outbound cold calls, targeting 75+ daily calls (all B2B) with an unlimited lead volume.
  • You will excel as a storyteller, creating new relationships and overcoming objections over the phone.
  • You will secure appointments with potential decision-makers to drive business growth.
  • You will conduct engaging conversations with strong communication skills.
  • You will ensure accurate CRM record keeping and reporting.
  • You will strive to secure 2 appointments daily by the 2nd month and 4 appointments daily by the 5th month.

THIS IS YOU

  • You are a self-starter with a passion for success.
  • You have previous cold-calling experience; bonus points for an insurance or group benefits background.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are quick on your feet and tech-savvy
  • THIS IS NICE

  • Experience in B2B Sales in insurance or group benefits.
  • Experience with cold calling, and lead generation.
  • Experience with CRM is considered an asset.

    At the time of this posting, the estimated annual base salary for this position is $50,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and education / training. This range reflects the annual base salary only and does not encompass our comprehensive total rewards, benefits, and potential commissions that we proudly offer.
