What you will be doing:
Gather requirements and write user stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA
Map as-is / to-be processes and document gaps
Facilitate workshops with ministry staff, developers, and vendors
Support integrations, data migration, and reporting (including PowerBI)
Support UAT, test cases, and training materials
Help with knowledge transfer so the ministry can maintain the system after the contract
What you must have:
3+ years as a BA defining and documenting business needs, including Agile product work and executive-ready materials
3+ years working with mixed stakeholders (executives, developers, vendors, end users)
3+ years supporting quality, UAT, and go-live readiness
2+ years communicating with stakeholders across business units
Hands-on Agile / JIRA experience
Salary/Rate: $105.00/ hour
