Job Description

  • Write and revise instruction manuals for the assembly or manufacturing of aeronautical components.
  • Interpret, verify, and approve engineering drawings and documents.
  • Develop assembly and manufacturing strategies, along with necessary tooling, while taking geometric tolerances into account.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Logistics, Quality, and Production teams to align changes and resolve production issues.
  • Contribute to process optimization and technological watch activities.
  • Update Methods documentation, analyze requirements using SAP, and propose improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure ergonomics, safety, and efficiency in work methods.

Qualifications

  • College or university degree in Mechanical, Avionics, Electrical, Industrial, Electromechanical Engineering, Aerospace Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in the aeronautics sector.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and visualize in 3D.
  • Proficiency with computer tools (MS Office, Catia, AutoCAD, Enovia, SAP, etc.).
  • Strong teamwork skills, perseverance, good judgment, and analytical abilities.
  • Bilingual French/English (intermediate level required).
  • Experience in an industrial or aeronautical environment is considered an asset.
