Manage Domestic and International sales, customer support, and product support efforts as directed by the Business & Operations Manager
Support Sales / Business Development Manager -via- technical presentations, demos and general field support as required
Coordinate with On-Board and Ground Based Product Engineering Departments on new opportunities requiring engineering / application development
Develop and maintain customer contacts at all level
Facilitate communications between customer and various internal functions
Manage / track customer requests, associated priorities, and resulting pricing (V.O.C. Management)Instrumental in identifying customer needs & changes over time
Translate business & product strategies into clear, tailored value proposition for specific customers or customer segments
Available for travel to perform all job requirements

Write User Guides and compile into HTML format using Robo Help editor software

Basic Qualifications
Degree in business or related field preferred
In lieu of a business degree, two years of college and equivalent work experience may be considered
Experience in vibration analysis or mechanical engineering efforts directed towards aircraft maintenance of mechanical structures and assemblies
Minimum of three years “hands-on” experience in the application of helicopter, fixed-wing, and engine vibration analysis systems
Ability to identify near & long term business opportunities through market / segment analysis, value proposition & sales campaign
Develop intimate knowledge of health monitoring products, customers, and competition
Build internal and external customer relationships
Establish strong working relationship with business leader / marketing leader, finance, and engineering teams
Provide “world class” responsiveness to customers
Certificate from a vocational school or other recognized source with a major study in Avionics Maintenance or other related field
Completion of the basic Avionics Maintenance course, or equivalent
Completion of the advanced Avionics Maintenance course, or equivalent
Possess a valid Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) License is a must
Possess a valid State Motor Vehicle Operator License
Ability to comply with all established methods, quality standards, and time schedules applicable to this position
Experience with all current and legacy vibration balancers / spectrum analyzers
Experience with equipment testing, calibration, replacing components, wiring circuits, repairing electronic equipment; and taking test readings using common instruments such as digital multi-meters, signal generators, and oscilloscopes
