Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share within the aerospace segment.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow existing customer relationships ( land and expand ).
- Build and maintain high-value relationships with OEMs, MROs, and key aerospace suppliers.
- Drive new business acquisition while ensuring retention and satisfaction of current customers.
- Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Establish a results-driven culture with clear performance metrics.
- Provide strategic direction to Sales Account Managers and Business Development teams.
- Customer & Market Engagement
- Regularly engage with key customers to understand needs and maximize revenue potential.
- Monitor industry trends and identify new business opportunities within the aerospace ecosystem.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Financial & Operational Oversight
- Collaborate with finance teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets.
- Ensure all sales activities align with corporate objectives and profitability targets.
- Work cross-functionally with supply chain, engineering, and operations to align sales efforts with business capabilities.
Key Qualifications
Industry Expertise : Significant experience in the aerospace industry, particularly in our segment.Sales Leadership : 5+ years in a senior sales role with a track record of driving growth in a thriving business .Customer Relationships : Established network within aerospace OEMs, MROs, and Tier 1 suppliers.Business Acumen : Strong understanding of sales strategy, contract negotiations, and P&L management.Motivated to Grow Canada’s Aerospace Sector : Passionate about long-term industry development.What We’re Looking For

They require efficient procurement and inventory management due to their volume.Skills :
Strong knowledge of aerospace products and market dynamics.Proficiency in business math for margin and ROI analysis.Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with other Microsoft Office tools.Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Personal Attributes :
