Complex logic modeling with a strong background translating messy, real-world business requirements into clean, scalable code structures for event-driven architectures. Reliability at scale with testable, resilient code ensuring high uptime for critical operations. Comfort with on-call responsibility and the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve production issues. The blueprint of vertical integration and end-to-end view of digitizing a massive legacy industry. Physical-digital bridging, mastering logistics of inventory flow, fleet management, and IoT device integration within a modern HVAC context. Rapid feedback loops by working side-by-side with internal users and seeing the immediate tangible impact of automation on company efficiency and profit. Jetson is on a mission to accelerate the transition of 100M homes across North America away from burning fossil fuels to sustainable energy use. Homes are one of the largest sources of carbon emissions, which can be dramatically reduced by converting to heat pumps, however, adoption lags due to high cost and friction in the retrofit process today.
