We’re looking for an experienced Software Training Specialist with strong Land industry knowledge and a genuine passion for helping people learn. In this role, you’ll bring together your industry expertise and training skills to help clients confidently use our software in their day-to-day work.
You’ll work closely with internal teams to translate real-world Land workflows into practical, easy-to-understand training experiences for our customers. This is a role for someone who truly enjoys working with people and helping others build confidence with new tools.

Grow with the best! Pandell-ESG's Customer Engagement team is a close-knit group that plays a big role in helping our customers succeed. Though small in size, they make a big impact. Working closely with our implementation, support, and product teams, they collaborate across the organization to ensure our customers feel confident using our software and get the most value from the tools they rely on every day.
Requirements
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver engaging training on our Land Acquisition and Management software, both remotely and in person
- Assess training needs and collaborate with project teams to design and deliver effective learning experiences
- Tailor training for clients ranging from small organizations to large enterprises
- Translate real-world Land workflows into practical, easy-to-understand software training
- Stay closely aligned with our Land Product teams to remain current on product updates and features
- Continuously deepen your knowledge of the Pandell-ESG platform and evolving functionality
- Maintain and improve training materials, documentation, and learning resources
- Identify opportunities to enhance training content and delivery based on client feedback and experience
- Work cross-functionally with implementation, support, and product teams to ensure training supports customer success
