Job description
Associate Dentist (Part-Time / Full-Time).

Location: Calgary, Alberta.
Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000 per year.
Expected Hours: 16 – 24 per week.
Work Setting: In-person.

Our team is committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive dental services to our community. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a full range of general dental procedures, including exams, fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and other restorative treatments.
  • Conduct thorough dental examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment maintenance.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care and workflow.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using dental practice management software.
  • Stay current with advancements in dentistry and maintain a commitment to continuing education.

Qualifications:
  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Valid Alberta Dental License (required).
  • Proven clinical experience and proficiency in all aspects of general dentistry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to professional growth and ongoing learning.
  • Availability to work weekends is required.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: $80,000 – $120,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
