The Assistant Manager is the first face and voice of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa for our clients. Responsibilities include warmly greeting clients, booking appointments, maintaining files, and selling memberships, service upgrades, and products.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome clients upon arrival and on the telephone
- Check in clients through booking system
- Answer phones, book appointments, and sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
- Promote health and wellness benefits of massage and skin care
- Follow proper filing procedures and maintain files
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
- Perform other duties as assigned
