We are seeking a motivated and organized Assistant to join our team in Ontario, CA. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities. Your contributions will help enhance productivity and maintain a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling and managing calendars
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence in a professional manner
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and data to ensure easy access and retrieval
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials, including agendas and minutes
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability and timely ordering
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in an administrative role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
