Job description

Our client is looking to hire an Assistant Finance Controller who is a strong leader and has a track record of going above and beyond for their clients and colleagues! They are a fast-growing service company in the pharmaceutical industry based out of Cambridge. This position will report directly to the controller, focusing on managing junior financial associates, and month and year end. This position offers a 100% remote work option.

Responsibilities :

Managing junior finance associates

Reconciliations

Month-end and year-end financial

Oversee compliance with government regulations

Audit expense and claims

Work with external Auditors

Requirements :

CPA designation, or close to completion

3+ years experience in Public Accounting

Strong organization skills

Able to move from task to task swiftly
