Job descriptionReview business requirements with stakeholders and seek clarifications. Design solutions and conduct design walkthroughs with in-house developers. Build and unit test approved solutions in lower environments. Support stakeholders during the validation and testing phases. Document solutions and provide promotion instructions. Ensure full knowledge transfer to the team before the end of the engagement. Consult and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts on design and build decisions. A minimum of 8+ years of strong experience in Remedy ARS Development. A minimum of 8+ years of strong experience with backend data and features of BMC ITSM v9+. A minimum of 8+ years of strong experience in code review and unit testing. A minimum of 8+ years of experience mapping business requirements into functional specifications. A minimum of 8+ years of experience designing and building custom data-driven solutions. A minimum of 2+ years of familiarity with SQL. A minimum of 2+ years of experience with report development using Smart Reporting and SSRS. Experience with Remedy integration options, including Web Services (4+ years). A team player with strong relationship-building and communication skills. Working knowledge of privacy policies and security principles.
We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in Remedy ARS and BMC ITSM for a contract position. This role is focused on automating and improving a healthcare intake and onboarding process to enhance efficiency and the user experience. This is a hybrid role, requiring up to 1-2 days in the office per month if needed.
The project involves updating online intake forms, enhancing Helix templates, and developing automations for online agreements and backend workflows. You will collaborate with frontend developers and the ITSM team to streamline services and integrate new offerings.
