Our client, Waste Management Services, is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting internal and external clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service Agent
Location: Coquitlam, BC
Pay Range: $19/hr
Shift: 8:00am to 4:30pm,
Start: ASAP
What's the Job?
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries via phone and email
- Schedule waste and recycling services as requested by customers
- Analyze account activity and identify opportunities for service improvements
- Maintain accurate files and documentation in accordance with company policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and complaints effectively
What's Needed?
- 2-3 years of customer service or billing experience
- Accurate data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Critical and logical thinking abilities
