  • Act as a reliable point of contact for clients, creditors, and other stakeholders—offering clear, empathetic communication throughout the process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with professionals in the community, including credit counsellors, lawyers, and accountants.
  • Participate in outreach activities, presentations, and online engagement to promote debt solutions and financial wellness.

  • Comfortable using technology and quick to learn new tools—you're tech-savvy and have a strong inclination toward digital solutions.
  • Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable speaking with people in sensitive situations and can explain complex topics clearly.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills—you keep things on track even in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Completion of insolvency-related courses (e.g., Insolvency Administration or BIA Insolvency Counsellor) is an asset.
