Our client in Brampton is seeking a Junior Accounts Receivable Administrator with at least 1 year of experience coming from the trucking or automotive industry to join their dynamic accounting team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow, and develop their skills within a supportive and professional setting.
What You’ll Do :
- Support the Accounts Receivable team with day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks
- Collection calls
- Ensure timely processing of daily invoices and PO communications
- Handle credit card charges and processing
- Submit invoices through customer portals
- Maintain a log of disputed invoices for internal review and reconciliation
- Take on additional duties as needed
