Job description

Adecco is currently hiring Warehouse Associates for opportunities in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment in Brampton, ON. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory control, general labour, and warehouse operations.

  • Pay Rate: $19/hour

  • Location: Brampton, ON

  • Shift: Monday, Friday and Sunday 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM | Saturday 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Pick, pack, sort, label, and prepare orders for shipment.

  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.

  • Palletize, wrap, and stage products for delivery.

  • Ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently.

Inventory & Warehouse Operations

  • Receive products and verify quantities and product condition.

  • Move materials to designated warehouse locations.

  • Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.

  • Use RF scanners and warehouse systems as required.

Safety & Quality

  • Follow warehouse procedures, productivity standards, and safety policies.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns.

  • Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous warehouse, distribution, order picking, or general labour experience is an asset.

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products as required.

  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

  • Basic communication and mathematical skills.

  • Experience using RF scanners is considered an asset.

  • Ability to work assigned shifts, including days, afternoons, nights, weekends, or holidays if required.

  • Must wear required PPE, including safety footwear.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
