Prime Management Group Inc. is pleased to be partnering with Scott Petrie LLP in search of a talented and experienced law firm associate to join their team in London, Ontario. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in the litigation process, tasked with strategizing, conducting in-depth legal research, drafting essential legal documents, and actively representing clients in court. Responsibilities extend to comprehensive case management, from initial assessment to resolution, requiring diligent evidence collection and analysis. Effective client communication is paramount, as is the capacity to operate both independently and as part of a cohesive team, making these roles critical to the firm’s success and client satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- A solid foundation in commercial or general litigation and professional negligence.
- A collaborative nature and excellent organizational abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- A thorough understanding of insurance defense law.
- Superior research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in drafting complex legal documents.
- An active Ontario law practice license.
