Are you a Deductions Specialist with experience in the CPG industry?

Responsibilities
Analyze and Process Deductions : Review and validate trade deductions (like promotional allowances, rebates, or chargebacks)
Investigate Discrepancies : Identify and research any discrepancies and work to resolve any issues related to pricing, discounts, or contract terms.
Collaborate with Sales and Finance Teams : Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all trade agreements are accurately reflected in the system. Partner with finance to ensure that deductions are processed correctly in financial reports.
Track and Report on Deduction Trends : Maintain records of trade deductions and generate reports for internal stakeholders, identifying trends or areas of concern
Communicate with Customers : Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding deductions, answering questions, and negotiating resolutions when necessary
Qualifications
2+ years of Investigating Trade Deductions experience
Proficiency with SAP and Excel
Previous experience in CPG industry is preferred
Previous experience with Tableau is preferred
