Position : Quality Control Technician

Location : Toronto, ON

Salary : $21 per hour

Industry : Manufacturing / Quality Control / Food / QC

Employment Term : Full Time / Temp - to - Perm

Shift : Days, Afternoons, Nights, and / or Weekends

Roles & Responsibilities :

Responsible for product Quality Control checks and lab testing functions.
Perform administrative duties as record keeping, data entry, filing, among others.
Raw material and packaging verification.
Additional related QC duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience :

Post-secondary education in Food Science, Quality, or a related field

1 – 3 years related QC experience, ideally in the food manufacturing experience.

Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, GFSI, FSMA, CFIA, FDA food regulations.

Able to report afternoons, nights, or weekends shift as needed.

Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
