We are seeking a seasoned Partner Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our client's Partnerships and Alliances division.
In this role, you will design, implement, and measure high-impact partner marketing programs for our client's top channel partners (including consulting firms, VARs, and ERP providers).
You’ll create integrated campaigns combining digital marketing, content, PR, social media, and events to drive measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate is an experienced partner marketing professional, skilled at building multi-channel campaigns that align with business objectives.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and partnerships to deliver these initiatives.
This is a 6 month contract, with a requirement of 3 days per week in our client's office in either Toronto or Vancouver.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated partner marketing programs to support our client's alliance partnerships and channel partners.
- Build a scalable, repeatable partner marketing strategy for all partner tiers, from self-service to fully managed campaigns.
- Manage budgets for partner events and campaigns, in collaboration with the Director of Partner Marketing.
- Identify strategic opportunities, events, and partnerships to expand our market reach.
- Create and maintain a repository of on-demand marketing assets for the Alliances team.
- Develop partner case studies and success stories.
- Support the Partner Marketing Events Manager in executing thought leadership, solution-focused, and hospitality events.
- Lead the creation of the Partner Newsletter, keeping our community updated on alliance programs and successes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Partner Marketing role within a B2B SaaS company, with 10+ years of total marketing experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing marketing budgets is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and scale new marketing programs, and continuously assess performance while ensuring successful execution.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience managing vendor and partner relationships.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to learn and demonstrate knowledge of our client's products.
- Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with marketing, sales, and executive teams as well as external partners.
- Experience in FinTech or the financial industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
