About the role  You will be at the heart of merging data-driven audience strategy, best-in-class design, and impactful brand messaging to create social campaigns that drive real business outcomes. You are versed in channel-based best practices, quick to capitalize on emerging trends, and not afraid to try new ideas. You will be a big part of a small team that launches, refreshes, and iterates on creative that is as effective as it is unique to Wealthsimple, and guides our mission, business, and brand forward.You will be part of the Brand Creative team working on targeted campaigns and creating innovative brand experiences. Our creative team is made up of accomplished creative directors, copywriters, art directors, designers, and copywriters. As a Senior Creative on Growth, your focus will be on acquiring Wealthsimple customers through static, motion, and live action assets launched across all our channels and beyond.This role is open to US and Canada based candidates.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

• Partner with the Growth / Paid Marketing team to create new collaborative processes that will translate data-driven learnings and hypotheses into creative strategies and campaign ideas.
• Launch concurrent campaigns across multiple digital / social platforms.
• Work with partners across brand & product campaigns (often collaborating with writers, designers, marketers, producers, and creative directors) to guarantee an integrated on-brand experience.
• Become an expert on the intersection of product messaging and audience / market fit.
• Produce, enhance, and voice creative presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assess and partner with external agencies to supplement, scale, produce, and test new ideas across various channels.
• Innovate to drive conversion, through quick and iterative approaches.
