Job descriptionPassion for design, sales and building lifetime customer relationships Strong interpersonal, organizational, customer service, and time management skills High school diploma or equivalent is a requirement, college degree or some college coursework is preferred. In-home or outside sales experience preferably in custom products / services or virtual selling Proficiency using computer software applications and ability to learn new technology and systems. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance coverage. At Linen Chest, with our shop at home solution, we provide homeowners with expert guidance, selling the highest quality products for our client’s window fashion needs to help bring pride, joy & transformation into the home. We manage all aspects of our clients' projects from the creative concept through the ordering process and installation.
Our shop at home category is growing rapidly and we need to build a team of talented designers to provide top quality service to our customers . For experienced design consultants, specifically those who are familiar with the Hunter Douglas product line, we offer a guaranteed 20% higher income than you are currently making.
Do you have a burning desire to be successful earning a great income without sacrificing quality of life? If you are creative, organized, driven, passionate about design, sales and building lifetime customer relationships, you have what it takes to join our window covering sales team.
As a Window covering sales and design consultant, you would be working on the road, visiting customers, offering expert advice and selling our products using innovative digital selling tools and processes that are constantly improving. We also offer the opportunity to get involved with high-level strategic and other initiatives.
Job Description
Main Responsabilities :
- Make phone calls, create and develop sales presentations for prospective customers in-person and virtually.
- Plan and organize the personal sales strategy by maximizing conversion and the return on investment for the territory.
- Ability to help customers make decision on color, style, texture, and functionality of window coverings.
- Return calls from customers and administration with a high sense of urgency.
- Use a system to manage contacts, appointments, and other pressing priorities.
- Ability to quickly learn new product lines and processes
- Able to work independently and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
- Business Development & looking for new sales opportunities.
