Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$60,000.00 / yr - $90,000.00 / yrThe company delivers turnkey projects for international customers in the food industry, pharmaceuticals, high-tech production, data centers, and logistics.They specialize in carrying out complex construction projects on a national and international level for customers such as Amazon, Gazeley, and Bericote and implement the projects through our offices in England, Ireland, the USA, and, since 2018, in Germany.We are looking for a full-time position starting immediately.Duties and Responsibilities : Management of design deliverables in accordance with construction requirements and Client’s requirementsCoordination of all design matters between the key project stakeholders – Client, specialist designers, sub-contractors, and Project TeamManagement of key milestone deliverables for completion in relation to quality of design, implementation, and coordination of design changes including Quality Assurance in accordance with the design consultants’ contracted scope of servicesLead design meetings with clients, consultants, and sub-contractorsCommunication and support for Project Team in terms of all necessary design information for constructionCo-lead BIM Coordination process with BIM teamReview and control of the construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittalsManagement of As-built design Package with Project TeamQuality control during construction via site visitReport weekly / monthly design statusYour Profile : Completed studies in architecture, structural, civil engineering, MEP, or a comparable qualification.
