Payrate - $68 - $72 / hr

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Design & Change Management Leader to drive strategic workforce transitions, optimize operating models, and align organizational structures with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and implementation of organizational changes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage workforce transition plans, timelines, and dependencies.
• Act as the main liaison between leadership and the Organizational Effectiveness team.
• Facilitate team realignment sessions to enhance workforce capabilities.
• Oversee project management, ensuring timely delivery of OD initiatives.
• Partner with HR and Client Services to support communications and morale during transitions.
