Technical Support Analyst

On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Technical Support Analyst.

Technical Support Analyst – Job Description

Provide leadership for the provision of technical expertise in development and support of activities, processes, procedures and tools for protecting information security with a focus on application security

Plan, coordinate and supervise complex informatics assignments; design and apply new methods and procedures

Solve business problems by providing detailed technical advice

Coordinate, lead and monitor technical systems inquiries

Liaise with vendors and service suppliers

Support and lead solutions with service providers

Certify satisfactory contract performance for systems development

Technical Support Analyst – Mandatory Skills

Technical support experience

Unix Shell scripts - 3 years

Jboss server Structure and CLI Command - 3 years

SQL Server - 3 years

SSRS - 3 years

SSIS - 3 years

  • .NET full stack development (C#, ASP.NET) - 3 years

GIT - 3 years

Technical Support Analyst - Nice to Have Skills

Python

Oracle GoldenGate

Azure services

Familiar with IDE tool Eclipse or Intellij

Spring and Spring Boot Framework
