Now, we’re looking for a Social Media Director to own this vision, build the department, and lead high-impact content strategies for both our agency and our clients.
Position : Social Media Director
Reports to : Head of Operations
Manages : Social Media Department (Content Producers, Designers, UGC Creators, Influencers)
Compensation : $80,000 - $105,000 base + performance bonuses
OTE (On-Target Earnings) :
- Year 1 : $120,000+
- Year 2 : $140,000+
- Year 3 : $160,000+
What You’ll Be Doing
This is not just a posting-and-engagement role—this is a leadership, content strategy, and business impact role.
At Consultus Digital, we don’t just advise on social media strategies—we execute. You’ll lead a team of content creators, designers, UGC partners, and influencers to bring compelling brand stories to life across multiple platforms.
Develop & execute a video-first, documentary-style social media strategy
Oversee content production that tells compelling, real-time brand stories
Build & run the Social Media Department (internal & client-side)
Recruit & manage UGC creators and influencers to drive organic growth
Work closely with Account Managers and Content Producers to execute high-impact strategies
Craft & implement data-driven strategies that generate measurable business impact
We’re not looking for someone to just manage social —we need a growth-minded strategist who understands that social media is a business driver, not just a platform.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
Output KPIs : Audience growth, engagement, watch time, shares, successful strategy pitches, and client lead generation.
Input KPIs : High-quality video posts, structured content calendars, and execution of client strategies.

Experience Required :
5+ years in social media marketing (3+ years in an agency setting)
Proven experience managing multiple client accounts & leading teams
Track record of delivering high-impact, video-first brand storytelling
