Our client, a vibrant and highly regarded mid size law firm located in the core of downtown Toronto is in need of a Real Estate Law Clerk to join its team.
This is a firm that enjoys a very low turnover of staff.
In this role you will be involved in work related to commercial real estate transactions.
In this role you will :
Manage and complete purchase, sales, refinancing, and mortgage files Conduct title / off-title searches Draft and coordinate documents required for closing Drafting of various internal and external correspondence Required :
Minimum of 3+ years of real estate experience Law Clerk Diploma required Strong technical skills in Conveyancer, MS Word and Outlook Excellent oral and written skills Strong multi-tasking skills, attention to detail with the ability to manage conflicting priorities, while respecting tight deadlines Come join a team of friendly professionals!
