SkillsRequired :

• Have 10 years ofexperience working as Business Analyst in an Energy / TradingIndustry.
• Have very detailed Energy andTrading Domain knowledge. Have knowledge on US Regulatoryrequirements for trading.
• Extensiveunderstanding of data warehousing various model types (data vaultand star schemas) data marts views multidimensional databases andtuning of schemas / tables.
• Have worked oncreating high level and detailed business requirement documentationand working with stakeholders on requirement gatherings.
• Have worked on handling and executing User AcceptanceTesting and documentation
• Extensive use ofAgile Framework utilizing Scrum and Kanban for releasemanagement.
• Able to coordinate with Teamsacross multiple locations and time zones
• Understanding logical and physical models; normalized anddenormalized structures and surrogate key usage including verystrong SQL skills
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
