The Regional Training Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the delivery of training programs across multiple regions, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with organizational learning objectives.
This role leads and supports a team of Regional Trainers while working closely with the Learning & Development Manager to execute regional onboarding, leadership development, and compliance training initiatives.
You will play a key role in coaching trainers, monitoring program effectiveness, and driving continuous improvement in training delivery.
Your contribution to the team includes: Supervise and support a team of Regional Trainers to ensure effective onboarding and training delivery Coordinate regional training schedules and ensure alignment with organizational priorities Monitor training quality and provide feedback to trainers for improvement Deliver advanced training sessions and facilitate leadership development programs as needed Collaborate with the L&D Manager to implement new training initiatives and projects Ensure compliance with health and safety training requirements Track and report training metrics, including completion rates and effectiveness evaluations Maintain accurate records in the Learning Management System (LMS) Identify gaps in training and recommend solutions to enhance learning outcomes Act as a liaison between regional operations teams and the L&D department Manage logistics for regional training events, including venues and materials Support the development of instructional content in collaboration with Instructional Designers Work in partnership with Change Management Office (CMO) to determine trainin implementation What you need to be successful: Post-secondary education in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in training, learning & development, or operations leadership Previous experience supervising trainers or leading a training team Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with LMS platforms Ability to travel regularly within assigned region Expertise in training delivery and facilitation techniques Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements Strong organizational and time management skills Familiarity with e-learning tools and blended learning approaches Knowledge of compliance and health & safety training standards The perks: Employer paid extended health, vision, and dental coverage (including family) Employee and Family Assistance Program Yearly health and wellness benefit RPP eligibility after one year Employee recognition program In-house professional development opportunities Why Broadstreet?
