Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure program objectives are achieved efficiently and on time.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate program activities, timelines, deliverables, and workflows to ensure successful execution.
  • Support the planning and implementation of programs, initiatives, and strategic projects.
  • Develop and maintain program schedules, trackers, documentation, and status reports.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor program progress, deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Follow up with team members and stakeholders on pending tasks and action items.
  • Organize and facilitate program meetings, presentations, and status updates.
  • Maintain accurate program records, databases, reports, and documentation.
  • Track program performance metrics and prepare regular progress reports.
  • Identify operational issues, risks, and delays and escalate them when necessary.
  • Support resource coordination, scheduling, and allocation across program activities.
  • Ensure program activities are aligned with established objectives, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist with onboarding, training, events, workshops, or other program-related activities as required.
  • Coordinate with vendors, external partners, and service providers when necessary.
  • Identify opportunities to improve program efficiency, processes, and participant or stakeholder experience.
  • Support program managers and leadership with special projects and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Program Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Experience coordinating programs, projects, initiatives, or operational activities.
  • Experience managing schedules, deliverables, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
  • Experience preparing reports and tracking program or project performance.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using project management or collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work.
  • Professional, organized, proactive, and results-driven approach.
  • English proficiency is required if the position involves working with English-speaking teams, clients, or stakeholders.
