About the Program
At Noble, our people drive our success. We value and utilize your knowledge, passion and drive for results and welcome those that have exceptional relationship building skills to Team Noble. Our Sales Development Program is specifically designed for new and recent graduates who are eager launch their careers and grow into a leadership position as an Account Manager. Over the course of the program, you’ll complete four phases that cover core areas of our business.
The Four Phases
- OPERATIONS : Learn the full cycle of our warehouse operations, including how product is received, stocked, picked and shipped to gain an understanding of how these processes impact our service commitment to customers.
- COUNTER SALES : Gain experience with customer inquiries and processing orders where you’ll get to apply your product knowledge in a customer facing role.
- INSIDE SALES : Gain insight into our quotations process and support customers through phone, email and the eCommerce platform.
- ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT : Learn from industry experts on how to tackle the market and hunt for new business while providing exceptional customer service to your account portfolio.
After completing the Branch Manager Development Program, you’ll transition into an Account Manager role within Noble’s Ontario network—owning territory expansion, engaging directly with customers across regions, and working cross-departmentally to deliver growth and long-term success.
What We Offer You
Base Salary - $45,000 to $50,000
