This role is for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves being hands-on, and enjoys wearing multiple hats — from logistics to events to field operations. You’ll be the go-to bridge between our field and office teams, making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
🚦 What You’ll Be Doing
- Field Operations : Coordinate daily field activities and make sure staff and equipment get where they need to be — on time.
- Asset Management : Track and transport company tools, assets, and vehicles.
- Staff Transportation : Drive field staff when needed (you’ll basically be the hero of the day).
- Event Coordination : Help set up job fairs, business expos, and company events — yes, you’ll have VIP access to all the action.
- Logistics Support : Keep communication smooth between field and office teams, solving issues before they grow.
- Vehicle Maintenance : Ensure vehicles stay in top shape and ready to roll.
- Safety Compliance : Make sure operations follow safety standards.
- Experience : 2–3 years in logistics, coordination, or similar. Event experience = a bonus.
- License : Valid Class 5 + a reliable vehicle.
- Skills : Great communicator, organized, quick thinker, Excel-friendly.
- Travel : 50 to 75% — you love being on the road anyway!
