Cylinder Inventory Recovery Coordinator

Drive cylinder inventory recovery with Air Liquide by visiting customers, distributors, and depots while maintaining accurate balances and safe product handling.

This coordinator supports customer service and administration through cylinder counts, account reconciliation, and recovery planning. You will investigate shortages, excessive inventories, closed accounts, and delinquent accounts. The position also coordinates stock-ups or draw-downs and supports invoices for cylinder shortages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers, distributors, and depots as needed
• Count cylinders and adjust inventory records
• Issue shortage invoices with administration and sales
• Coordinate customer inventory stock-ups and draw-downs
• Track recovery progress and monthly audit actions

Requirements:

• College diploma in administration
• Five years of relevant field experience
• Good oral communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office, Apollo, gases, and cylinders
• Customer-oriented and service-driven approach

Use field auditing, planning, and relationship-building skills to improve cylinder balances and recovery for Air Liquide customers.
