Duties and Responsibilities:

Work sites may vary but expect a mix of new home builds, renos, demo sites, and everything in between. If you like variety, you’ll fit right in.

The key job functions are:

• Carpentry/Framing – Reading blueprints, measuring twice, cutting once
• Concrete – Helping mix, pour, and break up concrete like a pro
• Demolition – Channel your inner wrecking crew—tearing down walls, hauling debris
• Site Clean-Up – Wrapping up the day by making the job site shine.
• General Labour – Lifting heavy materials (+ lbs) and being the go-to for physical support
• Janitorial – Keeping sites clean, safe, and organized

Education:

• High School or Equivalent (considered an asset but not mandatory)

Qualifications:

• A solid work ethic—you show up on time and get things done
• Reliability and commitment—we need people we can count on
• Team player mindset—you’ve got each other’s backs
• Strong communication—clear, respectful, and proactive
• Driver’s license and reliable vehicle – a huge plus since many sites are not transit-accessible

Experience:

• Entry level roles available – No experience required!
• Carpentry/framing experience preferred (strong asset)
• Electrical experience preferred (asset)

Base Salary:$ – $ per hour depending on assignment

• Temporary employees are payrolled weekly via direct deposit.

Work Hours: FLEXIBLE assignment dependant

• Day shifts
• Monday – Friday (occasional weekend shifts available)
• Up to + hours per week
• Part time opportunities available – - days per week

Work hours will vary depending on the assignment details and employers’ needs. This information will be confirmed at the time of your interview or offering of assignment(s).

• This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
