Construction Labourer

Equation Staffing is currently recruiting Construction Labourers to support our clients as they prepare for the busy 2026 construction season. These positions are temporary in nature; however, there is potential for longer-term opportunities based on performance and client needs. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, safety-focused individuals looking to gain work across a variety of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• General site cleanup and debris removal.
• Assisting skilled trades as required.
• Material handling and moving supplies.
• Operating basic hand and power tools.
• Maintaining a clean and safe worksite.
• Following all site safety procedures and instructions.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous construction or labour experience is an asset (not required).
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Steel-toed boots, hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, work gloves.
• Reliable transportation to job sites (strong asset).
• Strong work ethic and punctuality.
• CSTS, WHMIS, or other safety tickets are a strong asset.
