Job Description

We are seeking an Apprentice to support our team under the supervision of our technicians. This dynamic role combines hands-on assistance with electrical and mechanical tasks, calibration of measuring instruments in our internal laboratory, and management of the warehouse, sending and receiving goods is a primary task.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory management.
  • Maintain the organization of the warehouse and ensure the availability of necessary materials.
  • Assist the technician with electrical and mechanical tasks as needed for various projects.
  • Perform calibrations of measuring instruments in compliance with internal procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and maintain quality standards.

You’re the person we’re looking for if you have the following qualities :

  • Strong communication skills – you’re clear and concise with your customers and your team.
  • Mechanical aptitude – you understand how machines work, and have a knack for repairing and updating all kinds of equipment.
  • Self-motivation – you don’t need someone standing over your shoulder telling you what to do, and you’re always ready to take initiative and finish the task at hand.
  • Commitment – you finish what you start. You take satisfaction, and pride, in a job well done.
  • Requirements

  • Work experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma.
  • Asset

  • DEP Electro-mechanics and Industrial Mechanics
  • Experience in industry or mechanics i (marine, automotive, industrial)

    Bilingual : French, English
