Responsibilities
- Manage pipeline, leads, opportunities, and accounts attaining quota.
- Build new relationships through outbound selling and qualify inbound leads using our sales process
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships and build referrals and references.
- Promote and the WellnessLiving Brand and promote our value along with new features.
- Leverage a consultative selling approach with prospects and customers
- We are a customer first organization. Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
- Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
- Become a champion of WL product through acquiring thorough knowledge of the product and the industry
- Work with other departments of the organization where required
- We are a data driven and a core responsibility will be keeping Salesforce up to date for collaboration and reporting.
- Be held accountable for personal and team sales goals, reporting on sales activities and KPI’s
- Provide feedback on ways to optimize our selling process and solution.
Skills & Qualifications :
- 1+ years relevant sales experience within software industry
- Previous experience as an Account Executive or in a similar capacity, managing client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, including Salesforce, Outreach, and HubSpot.
- Strong customer service orientation and client facing experience
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
- Excellent communications skills both in verbal and written correspondence
- Demonstrated success in a fast paced, quota driven environment
- Ability to conduct oneself professionally when interacting with internal and external members of the organization
- Comfortable conducting customer calls and / or communication of WellnessLiving products on weekend and / or evening time slots if required
