About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Consultant, Campus to join our National Future Talent team on a 12-Month Contract
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant Campus , your work will have significant influence on the future of our organization by discoveringexcellentcurrent and future talent pipelines from schools across Canada.
This role is perfect for someone who can step beyond their comfort zone, who is a strong brand ambassador and has a passion for challenging the status quo to create innovative processes.
People will rely on you to implement effective strategies that willoptimize our student and new graduate recruitment initiatives and programs.
What you’ll do here :
Plan and coordinate proactive talent attraction strategies, challenging conventional recruitment methods
Execute the full cycle student selection process from initialcandidate contact to offer
Build and foster strong relationships with our internal business partners across the organization to understand their needs and ensure alignment on all recruitment efforts
Provide a top tier candidate experience from first contact, through onboarding to a series of internal engagement activities throughout the semester
Actively assist in planning and execution of internal and external campus activities and events
Deliver compelling presentations and facilitate engaging workshops to promote our opportunities and brand
Build and strengthen our partnerships with schools and student associations across Canada
Represent and promote Intact at campus events, career fairs, which may require willingness to travel to in-person events (often on weekends and evenings, as required)
Monitor and gather metrics required to continuously improve processes, progress towards meeting operational targets, KPIs, and SLAs

What you’ll bring to the table :
University degree in Human Resources, or another relevant field or any combination of training and experience deemed relevant for the role
Proven experience in Campus Recruitment or a relatedindustry
Experience with Workday as a ATS and HRIS systems would be an asset
Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset
