Position Summary

As a key member of the Office of the President and CEO the Senior Manager plays a vital role in driving strategic initiatives through project management data analysis stakeholder engagement and change management. This position provides support to the Executive Leadership Forum refines decisionmaking frameworks to enhance hospital operations and develops strategic frameworks aligned with organizational goals. With a focus on monitoring health policy and industry trends the role supports strategic planning evaluates key initiatives and collaborates on communications to foster innovation and continuous improvement.

Duties

• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and manage strategic initiatives and systemwide planning processes.
• Develop and oversee monitoring systems to track progress on strategic and operational goals.
• Facilitate strategic working groups and contribute to committees ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
• Manage multiple departmental projects across sites ensuring successful planning implementation and alignment with hospital objectives.
• Partner with teams to develop action plans risk assessments and performance reporting systems.
• Recruit develop and manage team members fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement exploring new technologies and practices to enhance strategic outcomes.
• Monitor industry trends in health policy academic medicine and research incorporating them into strategic planning.
• Provide leadership coaching and guidance to staff addressing performance issues and resolving disputes.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives and organizational goals.
• Planning and coordination of international and national stakeholder delegations and onsite visits.
