Salary : $90,000 - $110,000 per year plus benefits.

As an MOC coordinator, you will be responsible for technical dispatch for their fleet of A320 Aircraft. You will support all maintenance activities and prove overall technical oversight for the operation. You will also have oversight of the maintenance operations control center.
Responsibilities include :
Oversee aircraft serviceability status and coordinate with maintenance providers to ensure prompt return to service (RTS).
Respond to calls from crews and operations control to address and resolve technical issues.
Assist crews and maintenance providers with the application of Minimum Equipment Lists (MELs).
Support the System Operations Control (SOC) to ensure timely technical dispatch of the Canada aircraft fleet.
Identify material requirements and logistics for unscheduled defects promptly to ensure swift resolution based on location, skills, equipment, and manpower.
Collaborate daily with maintenance production to ensure best practices are applied for accurate defect rectification and material requirement identification.
Provide expert technical support to maintenance crews.
Perform aircraft maintenance as needed, including support for A checks.
Continuously track deferred defects, including MEL, Configuration Deviation List (CDL), and Non-Essential Furnishings (NEF) items, to ensure timely corrective actions.
Regularly communicate with maintenance organizations, including contract Approved Maintenance Organizations (AMOs), to ensure planned work is completed.
Assist in troubleshooting, scheduling of aircraft, researching, and requisitioning parts, as well as securing manpower for rectifying all open defects.
Work with relevant personnel to ensure necessary manpower, tooling, and transportation are available to recover or repair unserviceable aircraft at outstations.
Monitor and schedule all unscheduled maintenance items, including MEL, Deferred Defects (CFD), and CDL.
Ensure no defects meet recurrent defect criteria and escalate troubleshooting as needed.
Review post-flight reports and suggest preventative maintenance opportunities to minimize aircraft downtime.
Skills / experience include :
Licenses and Certifications- Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer and A320 Endorsement
Education- Aircraft Maintenance Diploma
Previous Maintenance Operations Control (MOC) experience preferred
Previous A320 experience is an asset
Clerical and / or administrative experience
Proficiency with MS-Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
