As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Caseware, you'll be working alongside the talent acquisition team as you find and hire the best talent for the next chapter in Caseware's journey while delivering an amazing candidate experience.
You'll partner with hiring managers across the organization to run the entire recruitment process for talent from gathering the requirements for the new positions, sourcing talent, screening applicants, scheduling and coordinating interviews, presenting offers, and working closely with our People Operations and Technology teams to set your new hires up for successful and engaging onboarding.
For this role we're looking for :
- Self-motivated team players who want to hustle, stand out, and leave a lasting impact on the organization
- 2-3 years of experience in recruiting top tech talent—whether it’s engineers, product folks, or data pros (candidates with an agency background are welcome!)
- Candidates who understand what it takes to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments that are highly reliant on team collaboration
- Solid understanding of the current trends in the North America (and / or multi-region) job market(s)
- People who see challenges as opportunities and want their work to speak volumes
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity or without all the processes firmly in place (we love to innovate around here!)
This is a full-time, permanent position.
Location : This role is hybrid. You will be required to work from our Toronto office 3-days a week , located at 351 King Street East, Toronto, ON.
