Job description

Are you looking for your next opportunity in the TA space? Do you have at least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, specifically in the Financial Sector? This may be the role for you! Our client in the financial sector is looking to add a new TA Specialist to their HR team.

Location : Oakville / Toronto

Work Model : Hybrid

Salary : 75-80K

Responsibilities

Full cycle talent acquisition for all roles up to manager level (high volume)

Streamline recruitment processes

Develop and implement talent strategy

Working with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions

Qualifications

3+ years of full cycle talent acquisition experience

Previous experience in an agency environment or financial sector is preferred
