Our client is seeking a highly organized, energetic, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the President & Founder of a growing Mechanical & Electrical Engineering firm. This role is ideal for a confident professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with ease, and enjoys wearing multiple hats while supporting executive priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and executive support, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Prepare professional correspondence, presentations, and reports, with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint and Microsoft Office
- Act as a key point of contact, managing internal and external communications with professionalism and discretion
- Support marketing and brand initiatives, including social media coordination, content support, and light marketing administration
- Assist with planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and client-facing initiatives
- Maintain organization of documents, files, and executive materials to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and provide hands-on support across the business as required
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or administrative professional supporting executive leadership
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized with excellent time-management and multitasking abilities
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and service-oriented with a positive, “can-do” attitude
- Comfortable supporting marketing, social media, and event planning activities
- Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information with care
