Whatyou will be doing as a Housekeeper :

• Workas a team to maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of the hostel.
• Cleanall guestrooms efficiently and effectively to ensure they are ready for checkin time.
• Ensureall common areas, washrooms, showers and hallways are cleaned to our standard.
• Follow the hostel cleaning schedule.
• Communicateregularly with the Housekeeping Supervisor and the Night Auditor to ensurerooms are cleaned as needed.
• Performlaundry duties such as collecting linens and towels, washing, folding, andputting them away.

What we look for

You’ll need to be in a state of fitness that allows you to spend 6-7 hours on your feet every day.

You’ll need to enjoy working as part of a team and bringing your positive energy and humour to work every day. Forget about employee of the month, we reward the most FUN employee.

You’ll need to take pride in whatever you do. Our Housekeeping department has one of the most important tasks in our hostel, and we need teammates who understand that, and are keen to be part of delivering a great experience to our guests every day.

Your attention to details will be the foundation of all this.
