Regius is seeking Customer Service Associates to join our ever-growing team!
You will represent internationally-known brands and partake in all marketing and acquisitions efforts.
Responsibilities :
- Customer Service is pivotal to this role
- Present and promote a multitude of brands to new and existing customers
- Acquire potential customers on behalf of brands being represented
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in marketing, customer service, sales, or other related fields an asset but not required
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong communication skills
- Goal and detail-oriented
