Superviseur du centre d’appels, informations médicales (autorisé) / Call Center Supervisor, Medical Information (Licensed)

Description du poste

Inizio Engage recherche un superviseur du centre d’appels, informations médicales (autorisé), qui deviendra un membre essentiel de l’unité opérationnelle. Le rôle implique la gestion directe et l’encadrement de l’équipe du centre d’appels, en assurant un service conforme ou supérieur aux objectifs, tout en promouvant une culture d’excellence opérationnelle, de conformité et de responsabilité financière. Le poste est à distance, relevant du directeur de l’unité opérationnelle.

Tâches et responsabilités

  • Superviser le personnel du centre d’appels, y compris la gestion du rendement.
  • Superviser quotidiennement les communicateurs, mettre en œuvre et communiquer les normes de performance.
  • Clarifier les attentes, engager et responsabiliser les collaborateurs.
  • Soutenir le développement individuel de l’équipe et réaliser les évaluations de rendement.
  • Conduire les entretiens d’embauche, former les nouveaux employés et traiter les problèmes de rendement.
  • Surveiller la dotation, coordonner la formation et encourager le travail d’équipe et l’engagement.
  • Superviser les activités pour assurer la satisfaction des indicateurs clés, la qualité du service, la conformité HIPAA, et la gestion des demandes multi-canaux.
  • Analyser les rapports et recommander des améliorations.

Leadership

  • Inspirer et motiver avec une vision claire.
  • Communiquer efficacement et valoriser la diversité d’opinions.
  • Gérer avec équité, suivre les tendances, utiliser les données pour la prise de décision et maîtriser la performance financière.
  • Exigences et qualifications

  • Licence valide d’infirmier autorisé, d’infirmier auxiliaire ou de pharmacien.
  • Cinq ans d’expérience en supervision de centre d’appels ou expérience équivalente.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (oral et écrit) souhaitée.
  • Compétences en gestion des systèmes d’appels et logiciels Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Avaya CMS.
  • Excellentes compétences en service client, communication et formation.
