In this role you will beresponsible for providing excellent service to our clients andensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customershandling inquiries orders and any issues that may arise.KeyResponsibilities : Respond to customer inquiries and provideinformation about our products and services Process orders andensure timely delivery to customers Handle and resolve customercomplaints in a professional and efficient manner Maintain accuraterecords of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate withother departments to ensure customer satisfaction Keep uptodatewith product knowledge and industry trends Assist withadministrative tasks as neededQualifications : High school diplomaor equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer serviceor a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities Proficient inMicrosoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly Abilityto work well in a team environment Experience in the steel orconstruction industry is a plusWorking Conditions : This is afulltime permanent position based in Toronto ON.
The working hoursare Monday to Friday 9 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm. Occasional overtime may berequired during busy periods. The role may also require some travelfor training or to attend industry events.
