Manage inbound customer communications - Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, request Maintain working product knowledge - Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date and strategic.
Track interactions in CRM - Record customers interactions in internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.
Requirements :
- Financial Planning Designation (PFP or CFP)
- Finance accreditation, or willingness to obtain it (i.e., LLQP, CIFC or the CSC)
- 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the financial services industry
- Ability to acquire new skill sets to accept new challenges
