The Opportunity :
- You will be Customer Success hire #3 for a fast-scaling startup, with the chance to dictate future processes and playbooks.
- You will own the onboarding, implementation, and continuous product adoption for Enterprise accounts (6-figures in ACV and beyond) in North America and beyond.
- You will own quotas for cross- and up-selling, as well as reducing underutilization and the risk of churn.
