Customer Service Representative
Well established corporation located in Etobicoke seeks a candidate that could juggle a variety of duties.
- Daily interaction with customer via phone, fax, and email for order preparation
- Handle and resolve customer complaints completion of incident reports and preventative and corrections action as applicable
- Processing and closing of return product log
- Working with vendors to process purchase orders to fulfill incomplete orders and inventory shortage
- Confirmation of pricing on inventory purchased for inventory valuation
- Review of back order report and processing of any orders based on receipt of inventory
- Posting of inventory based on receipt of goods
- Manage Customer Accounts and continually updated detailed customer listing
- Monitor and completion of customer service calls for feed file under CAS Survey system
- Creating Custom invoices for International shipments for shipper / receiver
- Verify and keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Duties included picking products, as required with the appropriate packaging including bubble warp, cold packs and dry ice, etc
- Verification of lot numbers for identification and tracking purposes
- Recording daily temperature of walk in fridge and walk in freezer
- Conduct weekly, monthly and annual cycle counts or inventory counts as requested
- Discard all trash and cardboard as required
- Other duties as required
