This is a remoteposition.
- Respondto customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally viaphone email and livechat.
- Troubleshootcustomer problems and provide clear and concisesolutions.
- Processcustomer orders returns and exchanges efficiently andaccurately.
- Researchand answer questions about our products services andpolicies.
- Buildrapport with customers and strive to exceed theirexpectations.
- Deescalateand resolve customer complaints in a calm and professionalmanner.
- Documentcustomer interactions and maintain accuraterecords.
- Identifyopportunities to upsell and crosssell products and services(depending on companyfocus).
- Followcompany policies and procedures to ensure consistent andhighqualityservice.
Requirements
- Highschool diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree aplus).
- Minimum1 year of customer service experience(preferred).
- Excellentcommunication interpersonal and problemsolvingskills.
- Strongwritten and verbal communicationskills.
- Abilityto work independently and as part of ateam.
- Positiveand professional attitude with a genuine desire to helpothers.
- Proficientin Microsoft Office Suite (Word ExcelOutlook).
- Abilityto learn new software and technologiesquickly.
